Workshops for Schools

Our workshops are a great way to introduce and encourage mindful habits in the classroom.

Using a mixture of games, yoga, imagination meditations, breath work, gratitude practices & kindness challenges.

Through role play we will practice empathy and compassion and your students will become aware of how they think, speak and behave with each other. 

A Mindfulness & Kindness Adventure through the Kingdom of Kindness.

Come on an imaginative adventure with us as we try to rescue the Kingdom of Kindness.

Using our map as a guide we will learn various mindfulness techniques such as breathwork, yoga, meditation and gratitude practices.

Through role play we will practice empathy and compassion and your students will become aware of how they think, speak and behave with each other. Your students will learn how to be kinder to themselves and others. 

How to Be a Good Friend

Teach your students what being a good friend looks like. How to be inclusive and kind to everyone.

We will learn the importance of listening to each other and communicating kindly. Through role play we will practice empathy and compassion and your students will become aware of how they think, speak and behave with each other.

We will boost teamwork skills and create a supportive class environment full of positivity.

Go with the flow (Yoga)

An introduction to yoga. We will guide your students through a fun and engaging yoga flow.

Focusing on our breath as we move through postures and stretch our bodies.

Yoga helps to increase flexibility & strength.

We will end the flow with a relaxing meditation and your students will leave the workshop feeling energised but calm.  

Build your self esteem

Help your students grow in confidence. We learn how to talk kindly to ourselves and others throughout the session.

Focusing on things we like about ourselves and things we would like to improve, and ways in which we can do that. We will discover the power of affirmations and we will look at how we see and speak to each other.

We’ll build a positive and supportive class environment and your students should leave the session feeling great about themselves! 

The Science of Kindness

We learn the science behind how amazing being kind can make us feel.

We will discover lots of different ways we can be kind to each other, what we say, how we say things, how we behave and the things we can do. We will talk about the premise of paying it forward and the ripple effect of kindness.

We will also look at how being unkind can negatively impact us. We will end each session with a series of kindness challenges for your students to complete throughout the day, week or month. 

Just Breathe

A session full of fun engaging breath work exercises you can do together as a class.

Learn about the importance of our breath and the impact it has on us. How our breath is deeply connected to our emotions and how we are able to use these breath work exercises to help calm us down.

Your students will learn simple tools to help them regulate their emotions both in the classroom and at home.

Anti Bullying

We will discuss bullying and all the different forms it can take and the negative impact it has on everyone involved.

We will learn how to resolve conflict without being mean or nasty. Through role play we will practice empathy and compassion and your students will become aware of how they think, speak and behave with each other, how to be inclusive and kind to everyone.

We will learn the importance of listening to each other and communicating kindly.

Bespoke Workshops

Catered to specific needs of the school. Work with us to create a workshop that will focus on a specific issue you may need resolving in the classroom.

We can create a bespoke workshop catered to your specific needs. All workshops are 50 minutes and you can book a half day (3 sessions) or a full day (5 Sessions)

Mindful Moments Lunch Time Clubs

Our Mindful Moment Clubs are a fun and interactive way for kids to learn skills and start creating habits that will help them to regulate emotions and re-centre themselves.

Classes feature a mixture of gentle movement, breath work , affirmations and kindness challenges.
