    SUMMER HOLIDAYS

    Make the Summer Holidays even better by joining us in the forest for fun packed adventures through the Kingdom of Kindness!

    Using a mixture of yoga, drama games, gratitude practices and calming breath work, we will work together to complete kindness challenges. Through role play we will practice empathy and compassion and your children will become aware of how they think, speak and behave in different situations. We will explore and play in the beautiful forest surroundings and your children will learn skills and create habits that will benefit themselves, others and the world around them. We will spend the afternoon doing woodland arts and crafts for your little ones to take home. We will end each session toasting marshmellow’s around the camp fire :)

    Venue: Greensand Forest, Grayswood, Haslemere.

    Dates: 7th, 8th & 9th August. 10am -3pm

    You can book single or multiple days.

    Cost: £40 pp per day or £100 pp for 3 days. (Sibling discount available upon request)

  • Mindfulness and Kindness classes for kids aged 4- 8.

    Our classes feauture a mixture of games, yoga, imagination meditations, breath work, & gratitude practices. Kindness challenges are at the core of every class, with fun tasks to complete each week!

  • Mindfulness & Kindness Workshops in Schools for KS1 & KS2

    Our workshops are a great way to introduce and encourage mindful habits in the classroom. Using a mixture of games, yoga, imagination meditations, breath work, gratitude practices & kindness challenges . Through role play we will practice empathy and compassion and your students will become aware of how they think, speak and behave with each other.
